Looks Solutions Works Magic For Two Magicians

Cutting-edge performers The Spencers and Tom Noddy have selected Look Solutions’ products to add even more magic to their acts.

Kevin and Cindy Spencer’s Theatre of Illusion is one of the largest touring illusion shows on the road today. Their big, high-tech stage show combines drama, comedy, romance and suspense with elaborate stage illusions that include dazzling special effects and magnificent set design. These 21st-century magicians describe their show as “a little bit of rock ‘n roll meets a little bit of Broadway.”

The Spencers have been using two Unique Haze Machines in their act for the last four years and recently upgraded to a pair of Unique2 models from Look Solutions and Thomas James Productions.

With a 30-plus year career as America’s Bubble Guy, performance artist Tom Noddy is renowned for blowing exquisite and unique soap bubbles. He’s equally at home displaying his skills at schools, entertainment venues, corporate meetings, mathematics and physics conferences, science centers, and on TV.

Part of Noddy’ act includes blowing smoke bubbles. He quit smoking tobacco and started using herbal cigarettes to generate the smoke for this feat but discovered that audiences simply don’t want him to appear to smoke.

So he did some research and found Look Solutions on the Internet. “I wanted to use something as small as possible, but something that wasn’t a toy,” he reports. “And Look provided the solution for me.”

Noddy employs Look Solutions’ Tiny-Fogger to fill a bottle which he takes onstage. From the fog-filled bottle he crafts smoke bubbles using a straw protruding out of the bottle. The palm-sized, battery-operated Tiny-Fogger is a favorite of performers because it can be easily built into costumes and props.
