Shipping & Returns

We ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express and FedEx Freight.

If you wish to use a different carrier, you must provide us with a prepaid label and order a pickup.

Shipping charges will be added to the invoice unless a FedEx account number is provided.

Fluids are not returnable.

Machines and Accessories ordered in error will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Contact us for return authorization and instructions.

Items received without authorization or not in new condition will not be accepted.

Machines are guaranteed against defect for one year from date of purchase, excluding consumables such as batteries, vaporizers and fuses.

Warranty is void for products damaged by improper use and/or fluid.

We make no merchantability or fitness for purpose warranties.
